Entrepreneurship Development?? 

What is it?? 

I always have a lot of question in my mind rolling, yet there isn't anyone can actually answer...

Before today's class, I still ask myself why do I need to study entrepreneurship development?

What is it related with my course?

Why do I need to spend time on doing project, like selling food in the college and only targeted to management staff and students?

WHY?? WHY?? and WHY???

Today I have a better concept of Entrepreneurship Development, and I know why I need to take up this subject. I was glad to have Mr. Marcus as our lecturer to explained what's all about, and how it is actually starts and ends. 

There are three important thing to become a successful entrepreneurs, which is 

• THINK
•  TALK/ COMMUNICATE 
• DO/ ACT 

Starting from today, I will use apply this three important keys to work towards my goals and it also uses as a tool to motivate myself to ensure my goals is achieve as set. 

last day :'(

today is my last day of internship at LLM.. It has a combined feeling of happy and sad... Happy because I have successfully complete my internship in this five months, whereas the sad part it is because I am going to leave the happy family in LLM.

The big family that taught me how to be brave and strong, how to work as a team, how to become a good trainer, the characteristics of a good supervisor, bonding between managers and colleagues, friendship with housemates and lots more...

I even have the opportunity to go for team building with so group of colleagues that had lots of fun activities. I also have the opportunity to attend cross training at Universal Studio Singapore.
I learn how to become a trainer to give training to all employees.
I learn how to conduct Domestic Investigation and Investigation to those employee that cause problem.
I learn how to organized annual dinner with events team.
I helped out at the turnstile if needed
I walked in the park with training manager to check on employee grooming, attitudes and guests services
I facilitate in the orientation... and...Lots more....

I am going to miss the life at LLM, and I'm really appreciate whatever they taught me in this five months.... 

USS cross training

wonderful & sunny Wednesday...

excited and excited and EXCITED~~~~

today, is the luckiest day in my 5 months internship... 

because....because....

  I AM GOING TO UNIVERSAL STUDIO SINGAPORE....

I was so excited and been waited for today,

 because I was given an opportunity to attend the cross training at USS..

really impressed by their hospitality services, landscape 

and not forget... the attractions and characters....

the attractions was so fun and exciting...

the landscape was so nice...

and... 

the characters was so lively and  cute.....

where ever I walked in the park, it gives me a "WOW" factor!!

well, the thing that most impressed me was their employee, 

because most of them is elderly....

although they are old,

yet they have know what is all around them, and they are able to commit "UP-SELLING"...
