Guess what, today I received another few pre-order from the customers. It seems that our marketing is doing quite well, and I am confident enough that we are able to reach more people to achieve our targets that we set earlier.

Customers tend to order in bulk rather than in a smaller quantity, which is actually bring us convenient. We are able to order our stock sin quantity rather than smaller size that actually make our costs higher. The pre-order stock will be send to the suppliers so that we are able to receive our stock on time. 

Feeling excited to accept the challenge for next week execution.

Today I am so lucky, after posted and share out the information about Aroy, there is people calling me and text me for pre-order, which I think it is a good sign for me and the team. We have receive 5 pre-order from my friends and from my sister colleague. Really appreciate their kind support by sharing the information about Aroy to their friends, and also purchase the items.

Marketing it is really important, and marketing channel it is important too. Without the proper marketing tools, we are unable to achieve these much of customers. It's so important to have the right marketing strategy, and of course the networking take into consideration. The information is shared to London, does it sounds interesting? Thanks to Vi vian for sharing the information with her friends in London, so that her friend actually help me to promote the noodles to her family member in Malaysia.

This is just so amazing about internet, it really make people connect around and share the information around.

Today is the marketing week, we are suppose to promote our Aroy Thailand Instant noodle to the public.

Let's see what I have done today,

1. send out personal e-mails to friends and ex-colleague

2. send personal FB messages to friends in FB

3. posted in Aroy page, BUCH FB page, and personal FB page

4. Change whats app, Line, WeChat, Skype, FB, Twitter, Instagram profile picture to Aroy poster

5. send out whatsapp message to friends about Aroy

6. Posted in Twitter, and Instagram to promote Aroy

7. spreading words about Aroy to lecture and management

Wow, never know that in one day, I have done so many marketing effort to promote Aroy Thailand. Hopefully these marketing tools able to help us to bring in more business, or at least able to create awareness to others. 

It' going to be a tough ones starting soon. 

Marketing Week- Entrepreneurship Development

Yes, at last our poster is completed and ready to post up.

Really appreciate the hard work by Charm, 

he really a good designers and creative,

the poser is jut amazing and wonderful. 

We decided to post the poster at student portal, 

BUCH television advertisement, and posted at notice board.

Well, of course it will be putting up in our FB page, and sending it to management and lectures.

Can't await for the day to arrive, feeling excited.

Believe is just like law of attractions, the more you believe, the more you think you can do it.

Entrepreneurs must have believe in yourself, to think that you can do it.

Aroy Thailand, personally I afraid of accepting this idea because I am afraid that there isn't any market for us, although we conducted a mini survey to find out. But the survey doesn't make represent to everyone.

Now, what I should do is to make myself to think that I am able to do it , and make myself to believe and trust on my team, so that I can move according to the plan.

I believe I can do it. I have to move it, I have to do it!!!

Network.. network...network...
How can I rely on my network to expand and achieve my goal for this project?
My network broad enough to reach everyone?
Well, I think I have a broad network, as I have a lot of friends. I assume that they will support me in this project. But, now I have to think the way to package the products to make it interesting and sell it through my network. This would be something that I need to figure out.
Not that all, I also have my closes network which is my family members.
Let's plan how to expand my network from now for future.

Entrepreneurship- Human Locker

Human Locker is the first team who start up the business, and they have the first mover advantage.
Today is their first execution day, and I can feel that they are eager and looking forward to this business.
I also can see that they actually put a lot of effort in this project, but I think that they have lack of proper planning. They only want to starts the business early and complete it, which I think it is a waste. This is a potential business, and I am impressed with their business idea, that provide locker services for the students. Perhaps, I think that they can be more creative and should have conduct more survey to make their plan more perfect. On the first day sales, seems that had a good business which is a good starts. I hope that they can try to improve on their plan, to make it more creative to attract students to use their service.
I was thinking, maybe they can suggest to DOSS to help them to get the students to place their belonging with them. Instead of charging the students per hour, they can actually increases the rates and make it for daily charging, so students may think of worthiness. As charging per hour, personally think that it is slightly expensive. Looking forward for their second day business, hopefully it can bring more sales for them.

*Looking at Human locker group, it reflects on my team. We are too careful in doing business, we are afraid of taking the first step to adventure on our business, I think it is not a good way. I shall change the play safe mindset of my team*

Entrepreneurship- Communicate

Communication is important, a good communication will leads to a good results. 

This is very true and I am agree with it. 

But it is difficult to make someone listen to you when you are just a small potato or,

you are nobody with no title. 

As now days, people only tend to listen to someone which has a high position than them, 

or listen to someone that they brings benefits. 

It is so difficult for someone listen to you where you are a small potato. 

Well, I would say that I am very lucky that in my team there is always open communication. 

Everyone are given an opportunity to speak whatever they wish, as long as it is relevant to the discussion. 

Of course, sometimes will diversify the discussion, but in the end they will produce some work to hand in. 

Today, Mr. Marcus posted in FB guide us the way to communicate with the team. 

In some way, I am agreed with his statements, but as everyone has their own mind set, 

it is difficult to change their thinking to suits us. 

Besides, this is obviously an attitude problem rather than saying is communication breakdown. 

Attitude is hardly to be change, so it is best to give and take in order to make the team move forward.
